Great little find, couldn't have asked for better customer service. The lady in the office was brilliant, even offered to take collection of my daughters Fiat 500 on a Sunday when they are usually closed.
Repaired shock absorbers quickly at a reasonable price.

The clutch pedal on our Fiat 500 sank to the floor while we were driving. Found Valley Autos who gave me a few possible reasons and said they’d take a look the next day. I’m pleased to say the next day the fault was diagnosed and fixed, turning out to be less expensive than first thought. Found them to be a very profesional and honest garage, will definitely take my Fiat there next time.

I had an accident in my fiat today. With the driver of the other car we went to Valley Autos. Which l have heard are very good. Greg delt with the problem straight away. My Fiat 500 was leaking coolant. Called Valley Autos & after explaining my car problem were able to identify the probable cause. Booked my car in ( very accommodating with my timescales) & then left with them on agreed day. Necessary repairs carried out. The team were very pleasant, explained everything in layman terms & I’d definitely recommend them, especially for Fiats. Thank you Valley Autos!

Excellent service today at Valley Autos. My blue and me unit on my Fiat wasn’t working and had drained my battery. They fit me in real quick and was able to replace the unit within the hour. Can’t thank you guys enough . I know it’s not an easy job so very thankful to have my car up and running again same day

Ran into car problems on the Thursday before the Bank Holiday / Easter weekend. Valley Motors could not have been more helpful. They managed to get my car running so I could travel back to Scotland on the Thursday afternoon, otherwise I was going to be stuck in Birmingham until the following Tuesday.
